Overview

Katie Bard is an exciting employer offering a unique opportunity for a graduate recruitment administrator to develop their skills in a fun, sociable office environment.

This role involves providing administrative support to our recruitment and HR team, with a focus on scheduling interviews, managing diaries, and booking meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting, preferably within recruitment or HR.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and clients
  2. Managing diaries and booking meetings
  3. Coordinating the central inbox and responding to recruitment queries
  4. Sending out contracts of employment and new starter onboarding information
  5. Writing and posting job adverts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £23.5k per year, based on a 4-day week and 1 day of remote working.
