About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative HR Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As an integral part of our HR function, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and supporting all recruitment processes.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience within an HR department, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR system.
  • Support all recruitment processes, including job adverts, candidate communication, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Edit and generate standard HR letters and paperwork as required.
  • Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR administrative processes and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
