About This Opportunity

We are a growing organization seeking an HR Assistant to support our critical HR functions, including recruitment coordination, payroll and benefits administration, and onboarding.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Support onboarding for new hires, manage paperwork and orientation
  • Address employee relations inquiries, particularly for a Spanish-speaking workforce
  • Organize and track employee training programs
  • Facilitate clear communication between employees and the HR department

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role (e.g., coordinator, assistant, TA coordinator)
  • Technologically savvy, familiar with HR software and/or recruitment platforms
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment support is highly preferred

Compensation: $21-28 per hour
