We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Kreston Reeves. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our colleagues and partners, ensuring a high-quality internal service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering all Helpdesk Support calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Logging all calls within the Helpdesk software
- Providing flexible support to meet the needs of our colleagues and partners
- Adding and removing users to software
- Providing remote support to resolve technical issues
- 1st Line Helpdesk Support experience
- High-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and partners
- Experience using Microsoft software
