Service Desk Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Kreston Reeves. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our colleagues and partners, ensuring a high-quality internal service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering all Helpdesk Support calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Logging all calls within the Helpdesk software
  • Providing flexible support to meet the needs of our colleagues and partners
  • Adding and removing users to software
  • Providing remote support to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • 1st Line Helpdesk Support experience
  • High-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and partners
  • Experience using Microsoft software
