As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of families by providing a range of services designed to empower and uplift them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and enriching play and leisure activities for children.
  • Provide compassionate support to vulnerable children during transitions.
  • Promote the utilization of digital resources to enhance family engagement and learning.
  • Implement public health interventions to improve the overall well-being of families.
  • Facilitate home learning initiatives that foster a love of learning in children.
  • Conduct informative parenting workshops to equip parents with valuable skills and knowledge.
  • Actively involve families in shaping the design and delivery of services, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support families in building strong and supportive networks within their communities.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track progress and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of families.
