About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our InFocus team, where you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young adults with visual impairment and complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be an ambassador for InFocus, providing person-led daily living support to our residents. Your primary focus will be on empowering them to maintain their independence and pursue their interests and skills.

Our team provides exceptionally safe care, challenging our residents to follow their dreams and develop their skills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their own learning and development and can work confidently within our team to deliver safe, person-centred healthcare.

The successful candidate will have a shift pattern of 11-3, 4 days a week, over a two-week rolling rota pattern, with potential flexibility to these hours. This will include bank holidays, no weekends or evening work, with overtime often available.
