Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our specialist care team at Everpool.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to offer guidance and support to young people living in supported accommodation, helping them develop the skills needed to move toward independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide One-to-One Support: Work closely with young people in placement to offer guidance and support in daily living tasks, helping them to develop essential skills for independent living.
- Support Daily Living Tasks: Assist young people with managing their daily routines, including meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
- Encourage Independence: Help young people to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently, including budgeting, time management, and goal setting.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Attend regular team meetings to discuss young people's progress, share best practices, and participate in training and development opportunities.
