Somerset Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Associate to join our Home Care Team in Exeter and surrounding areas.

As a Care and Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, tailored care to support and enrich the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with daily living routines, including washing, dressing, and personal care.
  • Accompany customers to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
  • Provide companionship and make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
  • Understand and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Keep accurate records of care and support provided.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Knowledge of the Exeter area and ability to commute to Exeter from home.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Availability to work a two-week rolling rota, including evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.16 per hour, plus enhanced pay for nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
