Care Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in caring for individuals with dementia and residential care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and empowering our residents to make informed decisions about their lives. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for care, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

About the Role:
• Provide exceptional care and support to residents with dementia and residential care needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
