Phlebotomy Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomy Support Specialist to join our team at Primary Care Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services.
About the Role- Assist in patient care and perform practice-related duties under the guidance and supervision of a registered healthcare professional.
- Work closely with the general practice team to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and efficiently while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Support various aspects of patient care, including managing clinical tasks, facilitating smooth practice operations, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Prepare and maintain environments and equipment before, during, and after patient care interventions.
- Assist in the assessment and surveillance of patients' health and well-being.
- Deliver quality outcomes of people's care and treatment, especially among older people; people living with long-term or chronic conditions.
- 1 Year Experience in General Practice
- Phlebotomy certification
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
- Ability to provide quality care
- Part-time position (24.5 hours per week)
