Ultrasound Direct is a national private medical ultrasound group seeking a permanent Clinic Assistant & Receptionist to cover weekend shifts at our Exeter clinic.

This role involves ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of a private ultrasound clinic. Key responsibilities include operating general office systems, managing patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service. As a reliable and trustworthy individual with good interpersonal skills, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and staff.

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in administration or reception work and be phlebotomy trained to take blood samples. A vehicle is also required for travel to our clinic. The successful candidate will receive a competitive rate of pay of £14.75 per hour for weekend hours.

The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, and DBS checks will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
