Support Worker for Young People with Complex Needs

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at InFocus College, a specialist further education college for young people with vision impairment and additional complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to access the InFocus further education curriculum, which is designed to prepare them for adulthood, learn independent living skills, and develop their confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in a highly personalised way, responding to their needs, wishes, and aspirations.
- Help students meet their personal care needs and medical needs with dignity.
- Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and mobility specialists to provide comprehensive support.
Working Pattern
The working pattern for this position is 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 16:30. To view the working pattern, please click on the link to the application pack.
