Healthcare Improvement Coordinator

We are looking for a Healthcare Improvement Coordinator to join our team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to improve patient outcomes and experience.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformation programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service redesign initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare sector. You will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
