Job Overview
The Community Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders to promote our care services. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with community groups, charities, and other local organizations. You will work collaboratively to raise awareness, drive engagement, and create opportunities for community involvement that support our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and the organization, gathering feedback to inform service improvement.
  • Work with internal teams to align community engagement activities with business objectives.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field, preferably within the care sector although full training is given.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
