Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to expand throughout the UK. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and making outbound calls about appointments.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for patients
  • Maintaining robust data quality and patient confidentiality
  • Providing advice on available services and using communication skills to handle sensitive situations
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Natural ability to empathize with patients and demonstrate genuine care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
