Theatre Practitioner | Operating Department Professional

Spire Regency Hospital is seeking an experienced and committed Theatre Practitioner to join our operating theatre team.
We are looking for a registered nurse or operating department practitioner with a strong background in surgical procedures, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.
Responsibilities include assessing patient's health and well-being, assisting in the delivery of care to meet patient needs, and actively promoting best practice.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
