Housing Support Role
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Support Professional to join our team in providing tailored support and housing-related guidance to young people in a semi-supported accommodation service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality support plans and training to young people to aid their transition to independent living.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Associations values, culture, and ethos.
- Act as the first point of contact for incidents and respond responsibly to precedents and housing regulations.
- Engage with young people through adaptable and empathetic methods, ensuring their emotional, practical, and other support needs are met.
- Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
