Community Living Support Specialist

We are seeking a Community Living Support Specialist to join our team at Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of helping them live longer and live better.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be passionate about delivering outstanding services to customers. You will be a great communicator, have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working on your own as well as with colleagues across the business.
You will be responsible for engaging with residents on a day-to-day basis, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and priorities, and developing outcome-focused action plans to support their well-being. You will also work closely with colleagues to deliver community engagement and health and wellbeing activities that promote sustainable communities and support residents to live, grow, and thrive together.
