About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team at Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust Careers. As a Housing Officer, you will be based on site at two Independent Living developments for people aged 55 or over.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents on a day-to-day basis, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and priorities to develop outcome-focused action plans.
  • Support the development of strategies to improve the quality of life for residents, including providing guidance on housing-related matters.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of service delivery, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues promptly.
