About the Role:

We are seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust Careers. Based on site at two Independent Living developments for people aged 55 or over, you will engage with residents on a day-to-day basis, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and priorities to develop outcome-focused action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the development of strategies to engage and involve residents in decision-making processes.
  • To work closely with residents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • To identify and address any issues or concerns raised by residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality of life.
