Are you passionate about supporting adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless? We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team in Buxton. As a Community Support Specialist, you will work with service users who are at risk of homelessness, providing them with the support and guidance they need to maintain their tenancies and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to service users who are at risk of homelessness
- Work with service users to identify and address the root causes of their homelessness
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help service users achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide a comprehensive support network for service users

Requirements:
- A background in supporting adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
