Risk Governance Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Risk Communications Manager to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering our purpose of Banking – but fairer, more rewarding and for the good of society.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a great team responsible for providing an end-to-end risk governance service within CB&E. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering succinct and meaningful risk, process, and policy management reporting, monitoring the Communications Risk Policy critical controls performance and loss events, and working with stakeholders from across the Society to ensure our communications have the greatest impact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver regular, succinct, and meaningful risk reporting to allow Accountable Executives to understand and manage their communications risks and controls effectively.
- Help the Head of Risk understand and monitor the critical control improvement plans and issue management profile, supporting them in ensuring committed actions are delivered on time and to the right level of quality, first time.
- Work with stakeholders from across the Society to ensure our communications have the greatest impact for our customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of risk, policy, and process governance and its application across the enterprise risk management framework.
- Use a variety of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, to a high standard.
