Job Title: Risk and Performance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Performance Officer to join our Customer, Brand & Engagement (CB&E) function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end risk governance services, ensuring the effective management of communications risks and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of risk, process, and policy management reporting, utilizing your analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor the performance of critical controls and loss events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the highest level of risk management.
  • Design and deliver regular risk reporting to enable Accountable Executives to effectively manage communications risks and controls.
  • Support the Head of Risk and Communications Risk Managers in understanding and monitoring critical control improvement plans and issue management profiles.
  • Oversee the creation of regular Executive and Board-level reporting packs, contributing to risk and control insights to inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of risk, policy, and process governance, with experience in applying this knowledge across the enterprise risk management framework.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of the SM&CR and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
