Civil Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role with a busy civils and groundworks contractor operating across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full groundworks package for a large-scale site, inclusive of public realm works
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality results in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained and the team is briefed daily on the scheduled works programme
- Manage site teams across multiple packages, including groundworks, earthworks, drainage, foundations, and associated works
- Relevant experience of overseeing civils works, with a focus on groundworks and site set ups
- Ability to motivate the team to ensure the delivery of works is on programme and budget
- High level of communication and organisation skills
- Previous experience within a civils discipline is required
