Civil Site Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Manager to join our client's team in a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full groundworks package for a large-scale site, inclusive of public realm works.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full groundworks package for a large-scale site
- Oversee civils works and manage site teams across multiple packages
- Ensure the delivery of works is on programme and budget
- Maintain record books, read drawings, programme work, and ensure health & safety standards
- Motivate the team to deliver high-quality results in a timely and safe manner
- Relevant experience of overseeing civils works
- Ability to manage site teams across multiple packages
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and good level of organisation
- High level of communication and ability to motivate the team
- Previous experience within a civils discipline, particularly in groundworks and site set ups
