We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Road and Rail development projects. With over 50 years of experience in the Civil Engineering sector, Griffiths delivers high-quality projects that connect communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to meet client requirements
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
  • Monitor and control project costs to achieve profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of project management success in the Civil Engineering sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of road and rail construction methods and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Professional qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or APM
