Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Bangor, Gwynedd. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant contribution to our success.
The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering project management, with experience in managing teams and overseeing complex infrastructure projects. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous package, we offer extensive training and development opportunities, contributory pension scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance helpline for free and confidential advice.

Main Responsibilities:
• Managing the works of skilled operatives on site
• Supporting the safe delivery of projects in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Ensuring approved project documentation is communicated and understood by those responsible for the safe and effective implementation
• Providing health and safety leadership to the site delivery team
• Arranging and managing operational resourcing of assigned projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CITB SMSTS Certification
• Relevant CSCS card
• Emergency First Aid certificate
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Construction Site Management or similar qualification
• Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
• CPCS (Plant Operator tickets) or equivalent
