About the Role
Griffiths is a sustainable Civil Engineering Contractor that helps connect communities through delivering Road, Rail, Water, and Utilities projects. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality projects in a healthy, safe, and sustainable manner to improve peoples everyday lives.

We are seeking a highly skilled operative to join our team in the North Wales region. The successful candidate will have a trade-specific qualification or previous experience, a relevant CSCS card, and be IT literate. This role involves working on different infrastructure projects across North Wales and general civils works.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Skilled Operative will work on different infrastructure projects across North Wales and general civils works.
  • Providing support to the team with the safe operational delivery of projects.
  • Undertaking tasks assigned to the agreed standard.
  • Maintaining effective client & stakeholder relationships.
