Job Title: Content Development Manager

Estimated Salary: £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Church in Wales is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Development Manager to join their team.

About the Position:

We are looking for a creative and articulate individual with a broad knowledge of British culture and community life. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the full communications mix, including traditional media, social media, internal communications, print and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and plan and deliver multi-channel projects with colleagues. They will also possess effective digital production skills, including filming, digital media production, editing and operating within a CMS as well as via multiple external platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a range of content across various channels to engage audiences and meet business objectives.
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver multi-channel projects.
  3. Maintain and improve the company's online presence through effective digital production and management of content.
