Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of post-degree experience and be chartered or working towards chartership. Key responsibilities include leading projects, preparing contract documents, and monitoring project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective change management strategies
  • Prepare and present financial updates, cost analyses, and value engineering proposals

Requirements:

  • CATO Bill production essential
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • 4 years post-degree experience preferred
