Construction Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions, working with a leading building consultancy firm in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee projects from pre-tender to final account
- Prepare contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender packages
- Project cost estimation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
- Effective change management, assessing variations and Compensation Events
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and managing risks
- Prepare cost analysis and value engineering proposals
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors
Our client is a multidisciplinary company providing services across the Commercial, Education, Community, Residential, and Health sectors.
Requirements:- CATO Bill production essential
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- 4 years post-degree experience preferred
