Mckinty Associates is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join their team in North Down. The successful candidate will have excellent accounting experience and a flexible approach to working with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accounts for Sole traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
  2. Manage and work closely with a portfolio of clients.
  3. Prepare VAT returns and HMRC duties.
  4. Bookkeeping duties using cloud-based software.
  5. Prepare personal tax returns and corporations tax computations.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified or Qualified by experience and working within an accountancy firm.
  • Excellent accounting experience and enjoy helping clients.
  • Flexible approach with clients and able to add value.
  • Enjoys working in a professional environment with a strong team.

Benefits:

  • Excellent Holidays of 30 days with increase with length of service to 35 days.
  • Enhanced sick pay policy.
  • Flexibility and will consider reduced hours to fit in with personal commitments.

Salary Range: £Negotiable and competitive, approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
