At National Skills Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Care Qualification Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to deliver high-quality qualifications to learners in the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 30-40 learners and engaging them in face-to-face teaching with some blended delivery and workplace observation. They will also develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and course resources that meet the needs of our learners.

We are looking for someone with experience of teaching learners aged 16+ and assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3. The ideal candidate will also have relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector.
