Business Development Ambassador

Are you a highly driven and motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? As a Business Development Executive at Moorepay, you will have the opportunity to progress your career in a fun and collaborative team with a strong progression path.
The role involves promoting the Moorepay portfolio of Payroll & HR products and services to prospective clients. You will lead with the sale of our flagship HCM software solutions, working closely with all sales colleagues to ensure a complete understanding of client requirements. The successful candidate will be results-driven, with a proven track record in cold calling and following the end-to-end sales process in selling software solutions.
Moorepay offers a competitive base salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus excellent commission earning potential. You will also receive a comprehensive programme of learning and development, 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance 4x salary, enhanced pension with up to 8.5% employer contributions, and a range of additional flexible benefits.
