Requirements

  • Able to thrive in an area which must take into account debt and our most vulnerable customers
  • Can converse in difficult conversations with high risk vulnerable customers
  • Possess a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Resilient and excited to solve complex problems
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal
