FitzRoy are recruiting for new specialist support workers to work in their mental health services based in the Nottingham area.

Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and be able to build positive relationships with service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care and support, as well as a passion for working with individuals with mental health needs.

Estimated Salary: £12,400 - £13,640 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available, including earlies and lates (typically 7-2.30/2.30-10)
