About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at Philips UKI.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development, engagement and execution of your shopper marketing plan, in collaboration with your marketing, sales and category management colleagues.

  1. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing best-in-class, shopper centric activation plans grounded in consumer, shopper and retail insights.
  2. They will be responsible for developing a category specific 4P strategy, focusing on:
  3. Place: relentless omni channel focus, prioritising online but equally adept at offline activation, creating a seamless journey for the shopper.
  4. Promotion: drive brand preference and awareness for Philips through in-store excellence (offline and online).
  5. Product: demonstrate Philips champion innovation through best in class point of sale and digital content.
  6. Champion Digital Excellence – Managing online merchandising, content and being a consultative partner to the customers digitals teams in order to partner up to win;
  7. Translate brand strategy into annual customer marketing plans, ensuring that we execute and communicate our products in the best possible way based on shopper insights;
  8. Work with our in-house Studio team to develop engaging in-store activation, providing shoppers with a great experience;
  9. Partner with the Sales team to allocate budget and deliver ROI;
  10. Measure the effectiveness of shopper activation plans and promotions, monitor actions and propose improvement plans.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
