Fire Safety Strategist

As a Fire Safety Strategist at BAE Systems in Farnborough, Hampshire, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct DSEAR risk assessments, mentor and develop junior engineers, and review and produce explosion safety strategies.
You will also be responsible for developing and producing processes and policy documentation for the site, and ensuring that all relevant regulations and standards are complied with. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in explosion safety engineering, with experience of working in an explosion safety environment and applying various methods of hazard analysis.
You should also have a thorough understanding of Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) and a proven track record in implementing business processes to achieve strategic objectives.
