Strategic Account Broker Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to ensure Markel is a preferred insurer for all products and services.
- Lead key relationships with brokers to implement strategic development plans and commitments.
- Manage activity across business development, new business underwriting, and renewals to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategic's to engage with partner brokers and provide results and feedback/action plans.
- Understand Markel's risk appetite and product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Demonstrate sales professionalism and discipline through timely and accurate activity reporting.
- Utilize data to performance manage deal delivery and instigate corrective action as necessary.
- Represent Markel as a credible and engaging partner within the industry.
