Senior Business Development Manager for Synthetic Biology

Xias Bio, a leading provider of multi-function active proteins to the cosmetic and personal care industries, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing license sales of Xias OTS biomaterials, working in partnership with Xias Bio's expert scientists to develop specifications for new bespoke active proteins.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with OEM customers to understand their functional requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Developing new messaging and marketing processes, and leading the development and validation of new sales propositions.
  • Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant specialty, a minimum of three years of sales and business development experience in Synthetic Biology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
