About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assist in patient consultations and provide support to our optometrists
  • Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assist patients to complete health questionnaires and introduce them to their optometrist
  • Schedule treatment dates and discuss finance options with patients
  • Accurately maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Requirements
