Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at PDA Physicians Dialysis Acquisitions, Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and perform hemodialysis machine setup
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings and rotating shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
