We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while ensuring the smooth operation of our diabetic eye screening program.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient patient care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their screening appointments, results, and follow-up care.
