As a Residential Sales and Lettings Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales and lettings business in our Waterlooville office. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
You will also be responsible for implementing effective sales and lettings processes and procedures, and ensuring that all members of the team are working towards achieving their targets.
