Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our Fire & Security team and drive sales growth across our enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for developing and improving seller skills and rhythm across existing accounts and relationships, while identifying new business opportunities for development.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have experience in managing all performance, activity, planning, and sales processes through Salesforce.com. Your ability to coach sellers and identify and qualify opportunities will be essential in achieving channel objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 per annum, plus commission, paid holidays, sick pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, employee assistance program, and more.
