Social and Recreational Programmes Lead
Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our residents?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social and Recreational Programmes Lead to join our team at Cinnamon Care, a luxury nursing, residential and dementia care home in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Activities Lead to develop and deliver engaging social and recreational programmes, promoting social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social and recreational programmes tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Activities Lead to plan and execute internal and external events, such as fundraising campaigns and special occasions.
- Produce regular reports on programme success and make recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate and enhance the homes social and recreational programme through resident and team member feedback.
- Ensure effective communication and promotion of programmes across the home.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of programme development and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT literacy and proficiency in using systems.
- Good English language skills.
Working Arrangements:
This part-time role (18 hours per week) will include some weekend working. In return for your dedication, you will receive £12.12 per hour plus company benefits. Estimated salary: £21,900 - £23,000 per year.
