Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large teams and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexity to agreed time, cost, and quality goals, ensuring outcomes are achieved. We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track performance to budget and schedule, holding regular progress reviews with project teams and external suppliers.
  • Work with customers to achieve satisfactory sign-off and closure of projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in a STEM subject.
  • Experience in the delivery of commercial and technical projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions on projects based on interpretations of technical requirements and contractual terms and conditions.
