Job Description:
The Senior Sales Executive - Neurosurgical Solutions will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts across the UK. This role requires a strong understanding of the neurosurgical market, as well as exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Provide consultative support to customers in OR environments, building strong relationships and delivering value-based solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of products focused on Advanced Energy, Dural Access & Repair, Neuro Critical Care, and Hydrocephalus, identifying new business opportunities and delivering value-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on tenders and inventory needs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
