Job Description:

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth within our key target markets while managing existing client accounts. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong background in sales and marketing, who is proactive, organised, and skilled at building relationships.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Client, Sales and Marketing Team. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for generating revenue from cold prospects, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and managing client accounts effectively.

This Compliance Sales Executive role involves securing new business from key compliance target markets, including age verification, allergens, revenue protection, responsible gambling, and retail experience. You will work closely with the Sales Team to maintain a hitlist of new business prospects and contribute towards Serve Legal's existing marketing strategy to improve our reach and appeal to new business prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments. A degree or equivalent standard of qualification is required, and previous experience of outbound lead generation in a professional setting is desirable.
