We are looking for a motivated Business Growth Manager to join Nexus Elite and drive the growth of our STS business unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business expansion through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

The STS division specializes in delivering high-quality deep cleaning and hotel housekeeping services to the PBSA and university sectors. To achieve our business objectives, we need someone who can work collaboratively with our Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to secure new contracts with PBSA organizations and universities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads and increase revenue. You will also be required to complete bids in private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes. Our Business Development Director will provide support, but you must demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver a £1m+ sales target.

We offer a competitive package, including a basic salary dependant on experience, plus commission and car allowance. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in new business development, preferably in the facilities management industry. Public sector/university bid experience is a plus, but not necessary. We require evidence of achieving significant sales targets.
